Refund Policy - the basics
Scarlicious accepts refunds on ready-made items within 3 months of delivery, provided items are unworn and returned in original condition. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will assess the issue—this will typically result in a refund.
